Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized support to students with special educational needs, assisting in implementing IEPs, adapting teaching methods, fostering a positive learning environment, collaborating with teachers and parents, and monitoring student progress.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have a genuine passion for working with children with special educational needs. You should possess patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to supporting young learners. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents. Adaptability and resilience are also crucial for thriving in dynamic and varied school settings. Previous experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications in SEN education are desirable but not essential.
Compensation:
This position comes with a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
