Nurse Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Senior Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Senior Nurse, you will play a key role in leading our team in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.
You will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in leadership and management roles. You will be responsible for assessing the needs of our residents, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and ensuring that all aspects of care are delivered to the highest standards.
You will also be responsible for mentoring and supporting junior members of staff, as well as contributing to the development of our clinical practice. The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
