Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Organising and participating in meetings: Coordinate and attend IG-related meetings, accurately record meetings, and assist in preparing reports and action plans.
  2. Conducting and assisting in IG audits; engaging with staff to ensure completion within a timely manner and highlighting potential risks.
  3. Collaborative working: Working with teams across the NHS to identify and address compliance gaps in IG standards.
  4. Reviewing data incidents: Reviewing data incidents recorded in Vantage database; providing insight and support plans in reduction of risk and repetition.
  5. Implementing Action Plan: Supporting the execution of the IG action plan, ensuring tasks are completed effectively.

The salary for this position is approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including a pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
