Fundraising and Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fundraising and Partnerships Manager to join our team at Thorpe Molloy McCulloch Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies to increase support from regular donors, major supporters, and business partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and identify potential partnership opportunities to diversify our income streams.
- Develop and negotiate complex proposals, pitches, contracts, and agreements with partners.
- Maintain excellent relationships with existing partners and prospects.
- Work closely with colleagues to map and engage with potential donors in their networks.
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience in marketing, fundraising, or business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
