Fundraising and Partnerships Manager

The Fundraising and Partnerships Manager is a newly developed part-time role at Thorpe Molloy McCulloch Recruitment Ltd. This position offers autonomy to manage fundraising programmes to increase support from regular donors, major supporters, and business partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and identify suitable partnership organisations to collaborate with Thorpe Molloy McCulloch Recruitment Ltd.
- Work closely with staff and Board Directors to engage with potential donors and map their networks.
- Drive business conversations to meet annual revenue targets and develop complex proposals, pitches, contracts, and agreements with partners.
- Maintain excellent relationships with partners, sponsors, and prospects, providing support and guidance to colleagues as needed.
- Control and manage expenditure for cultivation and delivery of partnerships in line with organisational fiscal policy.
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience in marketing, fundraising, or business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in fundraising and partnerships, who can work independently and as part of a team to drive business growth and development.
