Job Title: Fundraising and Partnerships Manager

Thorpe Molloy McCulloch Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Fundraising and Partnerships Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to increase support from regular donors, major supporters, and business partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential partnership opportunities to diversify our income streams.
  • Develop and negotiate complex proposals, pitches, contracts, and agreements with partners.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with existing partners and prospects.
  • Control and manage expenditure for cultivation and delivery of partnerships in line with organizational fiscal policy.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience in marketing, fundraising, or business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
