About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Frozen Meal Delivery Specialist to join our team at Wiltshire Farm Foods. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering frozen meals to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Pick orders within the coldstore
  • Use our app to update customers on delivery status
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Undertake pre-shift inspection of your van
  • Drive safely and responsibly
  • Clean and refuel your van as needed
  • Contact the office with any discrepancies or delays
  • Ensure customer confidentiality
  • Assist the office team and picking team as needed

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer service-based role
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence
  • Basic computer literacy, including use of phone apps
  • Evidence of work stability
  • Basic secondary education
