About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at Wiltshire Farm Foods. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering frozen meals to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Pick orders within the coldstore
- Use our app to update customers on delivery status
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Undertake pre-shift inspection of your van
- Drive safely and responsibly
- Clean and refuel your van as needed
- Contact the office with any discrepancies or delays
- Ensure customer confidentiality
- Assist the office team and picking team as needed
Requirements
- Experience in a customer service-based role
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- Basic computer literacy, including use of phone apps
- Evidence of work stability
- Basic secondary education
