Job Overview

This role involves working as a Customer Delivery Driver/Picker, delivering frozen meals to customers in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, a full UK manual driving license, and basic computer literacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Pick orders within the coldstore and ensure accurate inventory management
  • Use our app to update customers on delivery status and provide exceptional customer service
  • Undertake pre-shift inspections of the van and ensure safe and responsible driving practices
  • Clean and refuel the van as needed and report any issues to the office
  • Ensure customer confidentiality and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
  • Assist the office team and picking team as needed and provide support during peak periods
  • Report any health and safety concerns, stock quality issues, or mechanical problems to the office
  • Carry out local marketing activities such as leaflet door drops and sheltered housing visits to attract new customers
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer service-based role
  • Full UK manual driving license
  • Basic computer literacy, including use of phone apps
  • Evidence of work stability and basic secondary education
