Multidisciplinary Team Physio

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Multidisciplinary Team Physio to join our Ipswich-based team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive physiotherapy services to patients with palliative care diagnoses, working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in palliative care and rehabilitation, with a minimum of 18 months post-qualification experience as a Registered Physiotherapist. They must also demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and ongoing management to patients with palliative care diagnoses
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on patient progress
Hours: 5-30 hours per week (three or four days a week)
Salary: £22.60 per hour
