About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our care home team, where you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will contribute to creating a positive and supportive environment.
Your Key Accountabilities:
- Develop comprehensive care plans tailored to each resident's specific needs.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement effective safety measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Deliver direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and services for residents.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, including progress notes, medication records, and other relevant information.
Requirements:
- Current NMC registration and a valid PIN number.
- Strong knowledge of current clinical practices, regulations, and guidelines (e.g., DoLs/MCA, Royal Pharmaceutical Society).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts, weekends, and bank holidays.
