About the Role

As an IT Training Administrator at Atlas SEO, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our team members. You will work closely with the global IT Team to implement IT projects and initiatives, and collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve issues and procure IT services.

You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining all company project management tools such as Atlassian and Asana, as well as ensuring that new employees have the necessary hardware and software licenses. The ideal candidate will have experience with JAMF (Enterprise management software for Apple Devices), Network switches and routers, Wireless access network setups, and ability to follow ITIL processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent technical and hands-on working knowledge in Windows desktop operating systems, MacOS, and Linux
  • Active Directory (Users and Asset Management)
  • Group Policy Objects
  • Desktop and Server Hardware
  • Atlassian (Jira Service Desk, Confluence and Insights)
  • Video Conferencing Systems based on Zoom
  • Experience with JAMF (Enterprise management software for Apple Devices)
  • Network switches and routers
  • Wireless access network setups
  • Ability to follow ITIL processes
