Cherry Professional is seeking an experienced HR generalist to join our team as a Human Resources Specialist. This rewarding and varied role will provide you with the opportunity to take the lead on all aspects of employee relations, confidently managing disciplinary cases from start to finish.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, along with a generous benefits package including flexible working options, professional development opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations: Provide advice and guidance on disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, and flexible working requests.
  • Recruitment & Selection: Support end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring we attract and appoint the very best staff.
  • General HR Queries: Handle day-to-day HR enquiries with professionalism and care.

You will also collaborate with an experienced HR Administrator, who oversees the administration side of things, leaving you free to focus on delivering proactive, strategic support across the HR spectrum.

Requirements

  • A strong HR generalist background, with hands-on experience managing employee relations cases.
  • The ability to form strong, effective relationships with colleagues at all levels.
