FM Conway is seeking a skilled Highway Incident Coordinator to join our Transport for London – HMPF contract team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in managing and coordinating highway incidents and defects on the Transport for London (TfL) road network.

About the Role:

As a Highway Incident Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the response to highway incidents and defects, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Managing internal and external stakeholders, including clients and emergency services
  • Dispatching incident response units to ensure KPIs are met
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
  • Liaising with supervisors and work teams to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with experience in a similar role, managing incidents and dealing with a range of internal and external stakeholders. You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure. Ideally, you will have worked within the highways/construction industry, although this is not essential.
