Highway Incident Coordinator

FM Conway is seeking a skilled Highway Incident Coordinator to join our Transport for London – HMPF contract team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in managing and coordinating highway incidents and defects on the Transport for London (TfL) road network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client calls and requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Escalate serious incidents to internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates throughout the incident
- Dispatch the closest incident response unit to ensure timely response and meet KPIs
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems and client systems
- Collaborate with supervisors and work teams to ensure seamless incident management
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with experience in a similar role, managing incidents and interacting with internal and external stakeholders. You will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong customer focus. Experience in the highways/construction industry is desirable but not essential. You will need good IT skills, an organized approach, and experience in planning.
