Project People is a leading provider of recruitment services to the Telecoms industry. We are currently seeking an Estate Management Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to work on a variety of projects and programmes, including the delivery and deployment of large Telecoms programmes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of asset or estates management and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will also have in-depth knowledge and experience of Landlord and Tenant Legislation and the Electronic Communications Code (ECC). A strong commercial background in complex property contract negotiations will be essential, as well as a detailed awareness of the Telecoms infrastructure business.

We estimate that the salary for this role will be around £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking to take on a new challenge, please apply.
