Senior Disability Adviser Role Overview

The University College of Estate Management is seeking a skilled Disability Support Specialist to join their team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to students and staff with disabilities, ensuring equal access to education and estate management services.

This is a full-time position with the option to work part-time (min. 21 hrs/wk), permanent and split place of work between Horizons (Reading, Berkshire) and home with 2 days per week working in Horizons.

The salary for this role is up to £38,500 FTE pa plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide disability support services to students and staff.
  • Ensure equal access to education and estate management services.
  • Work closely with the team to achieve objectives.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in disability support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
