About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team at University College of Estate Management. As a Career Development Officer for Apprentices, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our apprentices.

Salary Information

The annual salary for this position is £30,942, which includes additional benefits. This is a permanent, full-time role with 35 hours of work per week.

Key Duties

  • Assess and monitor the progress of apprentices
  • Develop and implement plans to improve apprentice performance
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including apprentices, employers, and colleagues
