About the Role:

As an Assistant Front Desk Manager at Hilton Worldwide, Inc., you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and collaborating with other departments to deliver seamless hotel services.

Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing front desk operations including check-in and checkout processes, handling guest queries, and resolving any issues that may arise during the stay.
  • Collaborating with other departments such as housekeeping, food and beverage, and security to ensure seamless execution of hotel services.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by greeting guests, handling room assignments, and responding to their queries in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Estimated Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is around $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
