Salary and Benefits

The annual salary for this role is £32,000, with opportunities for clear career progression within an expanding group. In addition to a competitive pension scheme and 28 days annual leave (increasing to 31 after 2 years of service), you will also receive paid overtime and meals on duty.

Job Description

This exciting opportunity is for an Assistant Bar Manager to join a luxury private venue in Central London. As part of our client's management team, you will be responsible for training and developing the existing staff to ensure exceptional customer service standards are met.

You will work closely with the General Manager to implement strategies for growth and development, maintaining high-quality standards throughout the business.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team to deliver exceptional results.

A strong understanding of the Hospitality and Catering industry, combined with previous experience in a similar role, is essential.
