Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 per annum, plus a monthly variable share of the venue service charge, paid through a Tronc scheme in line with the Tipping Act 2023. Other benefits include flexible shift patterns, career growth opportunities, private medical cover after one year of service, and access to professional mental health resources and an employee assistance programme.
