In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and running smoothly. You will also be responsible for suggesting and implementing improvements to our systems and processes, working closely with your line manager to assist with administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead a team of technicians to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and running smoothly
* Monitor processes to ensure compliance with regulations and policies
* Implement preventative maintenance to increase equipment uptime

* Work closely with your line manager to assist with administrative tasks

**Requirements:**

* Apprentice trained with HNC, HND, NVQ level 3
* Relevant experience working in both electrical and mechanical disciplines
* Advanced proficiency in verbal and written local language and basic proficiency in English
