About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Group Leader to join our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain equipment performance to ensure optimal uptime and efficiency.
  • Supervise technicians on shift to support their development and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Identify and implement improvements to our systems and processes to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime.
  • Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
About the Team

Our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment across our global network of fulfillment centers. We work together to ensure that our equipment is running at optimal levels, and that our processes are efficient and effective.

Requirements
  • Apprentice-trained with HNC, HND, NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in electrical and mechanical disciplines.
  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written local language and basic proficiency in English.
