We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Group Leader to join our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of technicians to maintain and troubleshoot equipment across our global network of fulfilment centres.
  • Monitor processes to ensure compliance with regulations and policies, and implement preventative maintenance to increase equipment uptime.
  • Collaborate with the line manager to assist with administrative tasks and provide technical guidance to team members.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Work closely with the RME team to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, and ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards.

Our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment across our global network of fulfilment centres. We work closely together to ensure that all equipment is running smoothly and efficiently, and that our processes are optimized for maximum productivity.

Requirements
  • Apprentice trained with HNC, HND, NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in a maintenance or engineering environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written local language and basic proficiency in English.
