About the Role

As a Maintenance Assistant at Priory Group, you will be responsible for maintaining and decorating the site, identifying and reporting any faults or damage, and liaising with local contractors for timely completion of planned work. Your duties will involve following work processes that comply with statutory regulations.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals with previous experience in building and grounds maintenance, a full, clean driving licence, and excellent organisational capability. You should be committed and enthusiastic, able to use your own initiative, and possess effective communication skills. A 'can do' attitude and flexibility are also essential.
