About the Role

This Resident Services Assistant position requires a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team. As a key point of contact for residents, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth living experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Meet and greet residents, visitors, and staff, maintaining a warm and professional demeanor.
  2. Manage reception duties, responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
  3. Collaborate with the help desk team to resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to residents and staff.
Requirements
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with IT systems and software, with basic troubleshooting skills.
