Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging activities programmes that cater to every interest and ability, promoting social engagement, independence, and wellbeing among our residents.
  • Work closely with our community engagement team to establish community links and showcase our care home through social media platforms.
  • Develop strong relationships with residents and their families, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored support.
Requirements
  • A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
