About the Role

Responsibilities

- Assist residents with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavior
- Collaborate with other caregivers to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

- Previous experience in caring for older adults
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassion and empathy towards residents
