Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Experienceguildford. As a key member of our supported living service, you will play a vital role in supporting young adults aged 18+ in achieving independence.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality support and making a positive impact on the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support and plan daily lives to achieve goals.
- Encourage and support tasks, including household chores, meal planning, and social activities.
- Flag concerns or potential issues to appropriate personnel.
Requirements:
- Resilience and adaptability for lone working and team collaboration.
- Some personal care and medication administration may be required (full training provided).
- Aged 18 and above.
- Willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS Check.

- An estimated salary of £24,139 per annum, with sleep-ins paid at £50 per night.
