Transport Operations Specialist

Transport UK Rail Replacement provides a specialist service to the UK Rail Industry when train services are disrupted by planned engineering work or emergency incidents. Our highly experienced team offers a fully managed service for the provision of coaches, buses, small vehicles, and taxis.

Our approach focuses on customer satisfaction, ensuring a fantastic experience for people traveling with us. Even during disruptions, we keep customers informed throughout their journey.

The Role

As a Transport Operations Specialist, you will work across the East Midlands network, managing disruptions and pre-planned work. You will also assist our special events teams.

You will be trained to carry out all aspects of the role, including managing different situations during disruptions, ensuring buses and trains run on time, making announcements, carrying out safety duties, and assisting with customer service and revenue.

Our services operate seven days a week, covering a range of different hours. You will be required to be flexible at short notice due to working requirements.
