Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Simmons & Hanbury. As an integral member of our organization, you will play a key role in supporting our clients across the globe by providing expert guidance on HR practices and strategies.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with senior leaders and peers, identifying training and development needs, and overseeing HR-related compliance matters. You will also provide strategic guidance on HR practices across regions, ensuring alignment with local employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR Centres of Expertise to execute effective people management strategies

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require extensive experience in HR Business Partnering and Advisory roles within EMEA regions, preferably in the financial services sector. A degree in a relevant field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience. CIPD or similar level of experience is required, as well as a history of achieving successful outcomes.
What We Offer
