Learning Disability Home Leader

We are looking for an experienced manager to lead a residential care home in Sheffield, providing support and care to individuals with learning disabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of care standards, legislation, and regulations, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality care and services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and excellence.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, including families, professionals, and local authorities.
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Requirements and Qualifications- Degree in Social Care or related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in managing care services.
