We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Manager to lead our care team in Sheffield. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents, and mentoring staff to achieve excellence in care delivery.

Requirements:
  • A Level 2 qualification in Adult Care or Health and Social Care.
  • Experience working with learning disabilities, with a passion for making a difference.
  • Leadership qualities, a positive outlook, and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
