Senior Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team, working with health and social care professionals to provide care and support to older people with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Writing comprehensive care and support plans for older adults with mental illness and dementia.
  • Supervising a team of dedicated social workers to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  • Managing complex casework, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Two years of post-qualification experience in adult social care.
  • Strong knowledge of mental health and dementia care principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of £42,917 - £49,133 per annum (pro rata for part-time roles).
