Job Title: Registered Nurse

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a reputable care home in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to care staff to ensure the highest standards of care
Requirements:
  • Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of care staff
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and supporting residents and their families
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Awareness and understanding of relevant legislation and national care standards
