We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to take on a Clinical Lead role at our care home in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking charge of resident care in the absence of the Home Manager, and supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver exceptional care.

The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience and at least 2 years' experience working in a similar role or in a nursing home as a Registered Nurse. You will be responsible for providing a service that is unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues, and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and career through induction and ongoing training.

This is a full-time position, working 44 hours per week, with flexible shifts including days and nights. The salary is up to £54,900 per annum, with a negotiable hourly rate of £24 per hour.
