We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Unit Lead to join our team at our care home in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of nursing staff to deliver excellent standards of care
- Promoting independence and dignity among our residents
- Driving quality standards and improvements in line with CQC guidelines
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of managing a team and supervising staff
- Knowledge of quality and clinical governance programmes
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and resident records
