Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Whitehead Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow new business
- Build strong relationships with main contractors, architects, and other industry stakeholders to generate new sales opportunities
- Prospect new business through company research and lead generation
- Identify customer buying trends and provide regular reports to management
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
- Collaborate with the wider sales team, customer operations, and logistics to achieve sales goals
- Participate in sales meetings to communicate pipeline and progress on sales opportunities
- At least 1-3 years of technical sales experience in the construction industry
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed targets
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and its trends
