Job Title: Full-Time Secondary School Learning Support Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to support teachers in delivering lessons and assisting students with their learning. As a Full-Time Secondary School Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with students to support their academic progress and maintain a positive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist teachers in delivering lessons and supporting students with their learning activities.
  2. Provide one-on-one and small group support to students who require additional help.
  3. Help with classroom management and maintaining a positive, focused environment.
  4. Assist with the preparation of classroom materials and resources.
  5. Support students in their academic work and encourage active participation.
  6. Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and behaviour.
  7. Support students with special educational needs (SEN) when required.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
