Special Needs Assistant

About the Position:
\This role offers a fantastic opportunity for Psychology graduates to apply their academic knowledge in a hands-on environment, working directly with children who need extra assistance in their learning journey.
\Main Responsibilities:
\- Supporting students with special educational needs in a primary school setting, including those with autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
- Working closely with teachers and other professionals to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and targeted strategies.
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, either one-on-one or in small groups.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
\- Recent Psychology graduate with a strong understanding of child development and learning principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, teachers, and other professionals.
