Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Psychology graduate to join our team as a Special Needs Support Assistant. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in a real-world setting, working closely with primary-aged children who require additional support in their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement individualized support plans for primary-aged students with special educational needs.
  2. Collaborate with teachers and SEN coordinators to deliver effective, child-centred support.
  3. Provide assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and emotional support.
  4. Contribute to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • A recent graduate with a degree in Psychology or a related discipline.
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
  • The legal right to work in the UK.
