Therapist for Children with Communication Needs

Job Description:- Early Identification: Support the identification of speech, language, and communication needs at an early stage, ensuring students receive timely support.
- Individualised Support: Develop tailored strategies to address individual children's speech, language, and communication needs, promoting their progress and well-being.
- Family Engagement: Collaborate with families to provide advice and strategies that support children's development at home, fostering strong relationships between parents and educators.
- Staff Support: Train and guide teaching assistants to deliver effective interventions, enhancing the team's ability to support students with complex needs.
We are looking for someone who can provide individualised support to students with speech, language, and communication needs, as well as being committed to ongoing professional development and training.
