Care Supervisor

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Supervisor to join our team. As a Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to our Care Professionals, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit clients and their Care Professionals for support visits and provide guidance on care delivery
- Train new Care Professionals on new equipment and procedures
- Organise and attend meetings with clients and their families to review care plans and ensure their needs are met
- Provide supervision and coaching to Care Professionals to ensure they are feeling supported and confident in their roles
- Attend team meetings with Care Professionals to share best practice and discuss client care
- Brainstorm with the Care Manager and other Care Supervisors to identify the best Care Professional match for new clients
Requirements

- You have people management and communication skills to support and coach our Care Professionals
