Care Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Supervisor to join our team. As a Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our Care Professionals in delivering exceptional care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit clients and their Care Professionals for support visits and provide guidance on best practices.
- Train new Care Professionals on equipment and provide ongoing support and coaching.
- Organize and attend meetings with clients and their families to review care plans and ensure their needs are met.
- Conduct supervisions with Care Professionals to discuss their progress and provide feedback.
- Attend team meetings to share best practices and brainstorm solutions to challenges.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of person-centered care and its impact on quality of life.
- Excellent people management and communication skills to support and coach our Care Professionals.
- Ambitious and motivated individual who is eager to grow with our company.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of £26,000 to £28,000.
