Care Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Supervisor to join our team at Home Instead Westminster. As a Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Visit clients and their care professionals for support visits and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Train new members of the team on new equipment and procedures.
- Organise and attend meetings with clients and their families to review care plans and ensure their needs are met.
- Provide supervision and coaching to care professionals to ensure they are delivering high-quality care.
- Attend team meetings to share best practice and brainstorm solutions to care-related challenges.
- A good understanding of person-centred care and its positive impact on quality of life.
- Excellent people management and communication skills to support and coach care professionals.
- A big heart and a passion for caring.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
- A competitive salary of £26,000 to £28,000.
