Care Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team at Home Instead. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our Care Professionals in delivering exceptional care to our clients.
About the Role:As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Providing support and guidance to our Care Professionals in the field
- Conducting regular supervision sessions to ensure our Care Professionals are meeting our high standards
- Collaborating with our Care Manager to develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of our clients
- Identifying and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise in the field
- Providing training and development opportunities to our Care Professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A good understanding of person-centred care and the positive impact it has on people's quality of life
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in a care-related role, preferably in a supervisory capacity
We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 to £28,000, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including:
