We are looking for a Healthcare Services Associate to join our team in Guildford. The role is a 3-month contract, offering a salary of £29,000.

About the Opportunity:

  • Contract: FTC
  • Location: Guildford

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the SPACE service and community team.
  2. Support team meetings, including travel across sites, minute taking, and preparation of presentations and correspondence.
  3. Contribute to data collection and activity recording, producing statistical reports as needed.
  4. Update child and family electronic data as required.
  5. Support the auditing and service evaluation process for the SPACE service and community team.
  6. Act as the communication point between the charity and external partners, such as the Royal Marsden Hospital NHS Foundation trust.
  7. Generate and distribute medical letters and reports.
  8. Coordinate outpatient clinics at the hospice.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with database packages.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
