Human Resources Business Strategist

PRA Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to lead our human resources function in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the HR vision and people strategy for the organization across multiple sites
- Manage the HR function to provide full support to the business
- Develop processes and metrics to achieve organizational goals
About the Role:
This is a fixed-term opportunity that requires a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent commercial acumen
- Sound knowledge of employment issues
- Experience in interpreting and implementing policies
Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
