About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our DER Connections product team. As Product Lead, you will be responsible for defining and maximising the value creation from the product team, representing the business sponsor by prioritising and planning the product backlog, and developing efficient, transparent, customer-centric processes.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a field relevant to the business.
  • At least 8 years of experience in high-value, highly complex projects, with a minimum of 2 years in a product owner or product management role.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering project outcomes, including design, development, and implementation.
  • Experience working in or leading projects using an Agile methodology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior management and guide working groups.
  • Prior experience in developing product strategy, product development roadmaps, and process success in delivering to a plan.
  • Clear decision-making ability and proven success in balancing multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting deadlines.
