Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert HR guidance and support to employees and external partners.
- Manage HR documents and internal databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legislation.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, CV reviews, reference checks, and employment contract issuance.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Offer counseling on policies and procedures to staff.
- Contribute to HR projects, such as data gathering for salary reviews and job evaluations.
